What is Reality 2.0?

Why Reality 2.0?

• Well some of us are interested in Reality TV and this new social networking site is part of the new Web 2.0.....a new generation of social networking applications such as facebook, myspace, blogs, wikis and so on.
• Many of our Leisure Pursuits revolve around the TV and computer these days - even sport unless you are actually taking part or attending sporting events personally.
• So I can combine business and pleasure by using the Web 2.0 to feed my obsession legitimate interest in Reality TV and Leisure Pursuits whilst also gaining lots of useful experience and information for my research project on Online Social Networks and how they are used for social, ethical and business purposes.
• What are the similarities between the separate areas? How and why do they differ..and so on. You can bask in the warm glow of knowledge that you are being of enormous assistance to me just by being here, setting up your page as a regular home from home, chatting to friends and hopefully having some fun along the way too.
• I must stress the fact that R2 is NOT just a temporary project. When my research is completed, Reality 2.0 will still exist and my hope is that it will continue to grow and evolve over time.
